Ingredients

Sugar (to rim the glass)
2 ounces grapefruit juice, divided
4 ounces champagne or sparkling cider
1/4 cup blue cotton candy

Directions

1. Place the sugar onto a small plate and set aside.

2. Place one ounce grapefruit juice in a bowl, and dip the rim of a wine glass into the juice, followed by the sugar.

3. Pour the additional ounce of grapefruit juice into the wine glass with sugared rim, followed by the champagne or sparkling cider.

4. Lightly form the cotton candy into a cloud-shape, being careful not to compress it.

5. Right before serving, place the cotton candy on top of the drink, allowing it to melt.
