Ingredients

Gin: 2 ounces
Fresh lemon juice: ¾ ounce
Honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water): ¾ ounce
Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.

3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
