Ingredients

Mozzarella balls: 8 ounces (1 package)
Sliced black olives: 20 slices
Marinara or pizza sauce: 2 tablespoons
Prosciutto: 4 ounces

Directions

1. Drain the mozzarella balls completely.

2. Tear the prosciutto into strips and wrap around each mozzarella ball.

TIP: For a vegetarian friendly version, swap in basil leaves or use mini cupcake liners to hold the mozzarella balls.

3. Using a piping bag (or a plastic sandwich bag with the corner cut off), drizzle marinara on each mozzarella ball.

4. Place a black olive slice on top as the iris.

5. Arrange on a tray or dish and serve with toothpicks or skewers.
